This is a nice carpeting variety that flowers very heavily with yellow flowers. Attractive, sturdy, medium green leaves.
Check out the petal count on the blossoms in this photograph. I see a petal count of 5,6,7,8 and 9 on different flowers.

This is a somewhat diminutive form of Sedum kamtschaticum from the Kurile islands off the coast of Japan. Yellow flowers with reddish anthers and carpels that turn a colorful orange-red. Leaf margins also take on a reddish hue in the sun. Deciduous.

This is compact growing form that has fairly large leaves that have cream colored variegation on the margins that takes on a hint of pink in the full sun. The yellow flowers and pink to orange-red carpels appear on plants at the same time giving this a truly 'tricolor' appearance. Deciduous.

I grow mine in an unheated greenhouse where they have survived 14 degrees F. The soil has been frozen around the roots of these day after day for 2 weeks and the plants all survived.

Flowers aren't very common on this variegated form, but the ones that do appear are yellow in clusters. Increase the size of this photo, using the resizer to the right of this text, and check out the shape of the sepals and carpels as well as the petals.
