Sedum lanceolatum

Stems creep along sending out roots as they go. In the second season, a stem will bloom, seed then die. Offsets appear at the base of the plant to continue the process. Leaves are dark gray-green and color up nicely in the sun. Fairly long flower stalks hold the bright yellow summer flowers high above basal offsets. North American native.
